The Stanley Pottery Co. was an earthenware manufacturer based at Newport Lane, Middleport, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent from c.1909-1937.
They tend to be listed in the American marks books rather that the British one, so presumably were primarily exporters of ware rather than supplying the home market.
The Stanley Pottery Company specialised in flow blue ware and most of their ware is a simple blue colour with gold or silver gilt bands.
Some pink or green decorated pieces were produced - often with colour accents.
NOTE: other pottery manufacturers used the trade name STANLEY.
