Boulton, Burnett & Co

 Boulton, Burnett & Platt aquired the Brownhills Tileries around 1867 - it closed in 2006, then making tiles under the name of Daniel Platt & Son.

This brick was reclimed during the demolition of Eyre Street, Middleport (formerly Ford Street, on an 1878 Ordnance Survey map).
