how you can
contribute to the "made in England Mosaic" project
The mosaic will be assembled
in a public space in Stoke-on-Trent and Emma
is looking for people who want to contribute a piece of
pottery with a back-stamp on it.
It is planned that the pottery
selected will represent a piece of history or social commentary - it
may be that the contributor (or a relative) worked at the
factory, the ware may be from a broken piece of a set bought
for a special occasion such as a wedding or anniversary -
this is an opportunity to have a memory or memorial
incorporated in this unique work of art.
For each contribution
incorporated in the mosaic there will be a corresponding
internet page recording relevant details.
