1846 was in partnership with Benjamin Cork at the Newport Pottery, Queen Street, Burslem. The firm was Cork & Edge
1875 from 1875 was a Justice of the Peace.
1887 Sat on the committee for the Wedgwood Memorial Institute.
1893 died on 21, May 1893 at Wolstanton, Stoke-on-Trent.
