Description & date

The early porcelains do NOT carry a factory mark. However the pattern number is clearly painted on teapots, creamers etc., but apparently not on cups & saucers.

The number 273 shown here is just an example. The number can be with or without a 'N' or 'No'

Painted mark, probably a decorators mark found on (otherwise unmarked) New Hall porcelain n the 1800-15 period.
WARBURTON'S

Rare painted mark found on New Hall, hard-paste porcelain. Printed with gold.
c.1810-12
Rather rare printed mark sometimes used on New Hall bone-china wares.

c.1812-25
