Roxeth House, Regent Street, Stoke-upon-Trent.

Born 1859, Rattlesden, Suffolk. 
Daughter of late William Manfield, C.C. The Manor, Ixworth Thorpe.

Educated at York House South Norwood Park.

Married 1884, the late Wheelton Hind, M.D., B.S., Lond., F.R.C.S., Eng., F.G.S. son of late Rev. William Marsden Hind, LL.D.

Justice of the Peace, Stoke-on-Trent since 1920; 
Member of City Probation Committee; 
Vice-President of Stoke Division of The Red Cross Society, since 1910; 
President of North Staffs. Branch of the National Council of Women; Initiator and Secretary of Stoke-on-Trent Penny Fund from July 1915 to February 1919, which fund realised nearly £1,000 for Red Cross and comforts for the troops; 
Chairman and Secretary, Stoke-on-Trent local branch of Voluntary Organisation in the County of Staffs.
