  • 1867 Partnership Dissolution: The partnership between Samuel Webb and Thomas Walters, trading as "Webb and Walters," was dissolved by mutual consent on February 11, 1867. 

  • Following the dissolution, Samuel Webb continued to carry on the business and was responsible for settling all debts owed to or by the former firm.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Webb and Thomas Walters, as China Manufacturers, at Longton, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Webb and Walters, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent ; 

and that the said business will in future be carried on by the said Samuel Webb, by whom all debts due to or owing from the said firm of Webb and Walters will be received and paid.—Dated this 11th day of February, 1867.
